Aaron is the Founder and Managing Director of Waghorn Capital Co, responsible for the firm’s direction, investment strategy and growth across its portfolio businesses.
With a practical and commercially focused approach, he leads acquisitions from evaluation and due diligence through to completion and development. Aaron works closely with management teams to identify opportunities, set direction and provide the support needed to build stronger, more resilient businesses.
His focus is on acquiring quality businesses, backing great people and creating sustainable value through long-term ownership.
